Water Writes is an international series of collaborative murals about critical water issues. The theme of water connects communities and documents current local and international water crises.

Students at Usasazo Secondary School assisted the artist team in designing and painting a mural on the outside of their school to raise awareness about water. “Singamanzi” is spelled out on the mural in the Xhosa language, meaning “we are all water.”
